Ruby red color with purple veins. Intense, initial floral aromas fused to fresh fruity note and tenuously vegetable ensemble, that recall blackberries. Delicately dry, enveloping, with good freshness and young tannins, excellent balance.
Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel silos. It ages in cement vats.
PAIRING AND TEMPERATURE
It goes perfectly with multiple combinations: from the tastiest finger food to first courses with ragout and main courses of both fatty fishes and meat of different types. Preferably to be served among 14°C - 16°C.
