Ruby red color. It is intense on the nose, with a good complexity of floral aromas combined with fruity sensations. The taste is dry, gently warm, soft with good freshness and tannin.
Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel silos. It ages in cement vats.

it goes well with appetizer, pasta and rice, vegetables or soups. Serve at 14°C - 16°C.
