Dark rosè. It is intense, floral and fruity on the nose, with sensations of dried fruit. The taste is gently warm, fresh and salty.
WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel silos with brief contact with peels.
PAIRING AND TEMPERATURE
It goes well with any appetizer, quiche, fresh cheese and white meats. Serving cold.
