Blend of autochtones red and white grapes
Amber yellow. Intense and persistent at nose with aromas of dried fruit fused with spicy and oxidative notes. The taste is warm, sapid but quite fresh, with a dry beginning that finishes with a spiced sensation.
Soft pressing and fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel silos. It ages in small oak barrels and then refines in bottle.
PAIRING AND TEMPERATURE
Ideal with blue cheese, amaretto, tea biscuits, and chocolate pastries. Try it with dark chocolate, also flavored, and soft music for a great relaxing moment. Serve at 10°C
