Blend of autochtones red grapes.
Garnet red. Elegant, complex and persistent, the scent reveals spicy sensations of vanilla mixed with hints of dried fruit. In the mouth has a fine tannin, supported by a great body and a long persistence.
Maceration in stainless silos at controlled temperature. It ages in barriques and it refines in bottle.
PAIRING AND TEMPERATURE
Ideal with braised meats, stews, game and medium-aged pecorino cheese. Serve at 16°C - 20°C.
