Ruby red color. It is intense and complex, floral, fruity and delicately spicy on the nose. The taste is dry, warm, fresh and tannic. It has good body with a pleasant flavor.
Fermentation with submerged cap in stainless steel silos at controlled temperature. It ages in oaks and refines in bottle.
PAIRING AND TEMPERATURE
It goes well with rich and tasty first courses or happily accompanies grilled meat and medium-aged cheese. Serve at 14°C - 16°C.
