Blend of autochtones and allochthons red grapes.
Garnet red. It has a fine scent with spicy notes of vanilla and cinnamon, blackberry jam and dried fruits. Full bodied it has good tannin and acidity, well balanced by a perfect softness. Long and persistent.
Maceration in stainless steel silos at controlled temperature. It ages in new and half-new barriques. It refines in the bottle.
PAIRING AND TEMPERATURE
Ideal with grilled meats such as T-Bone, Chianina Fiorentina, Angus, or stews and game. Serve at 16°C - 20°C.
