The wine has an intense, brilliant and consistent garnet red color. On the nose appears intense and complex with floral scents fused with fruity notes, of jams and delicately spicy. The taste is dry, warm, soft, with tannins in good evidence but without intrusiveness, quite fresh, full-bodied and pleasant sapidity.
Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel silos with maceration for 10 days and maturation in concrete.
