Golden yellow. Intense and complex on the nose, it offers aromas of dried fruit and white flowers blended to soft notes of spice, vanilla and pastry. The taste is warm, mineral, dry and savory. Intense and persistent, it has an optimal balance.
Soft pressing and fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel silos. It ages in oak and barrique and then it refines in the bottle.
PAIRING AND TEMPERATURE
Ideal with the seafood. It also goes well with haute cuisine, sauced white meats and seasoned cheeses. Serve at 10°C.
