Ruby red color. It is intense and complex on the nose, with floral sensations, and ripe fruit and fresh blackberry jam aromas. The taste is dry, warm with soft tannin and a good structure.
Fermentation with submerged cap in stainless steel silos at controlled temperature.It ages in Slavonian oaks and in bottle.
PAIRING AND TEMPERATURE
Excellent with roast and well matched with either lamb, pork or beef. Traditionally combined with the Sardinian roasted suckling pig. Serve at 14°C - 16°C.
